This page is the agreement between you and LudoKhelo. It applies the moment you log in. It is written in plain language on purpose — if you disagree with any part of it, please do not use the platform.
You must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to take part in skill-based gaming where you live. Online money gaming is restricted in some Indian states, and it is your responsibility to know your local position. We may request proof of age or address at any time, and may withhold funds until it is provided.
LudoKhelo offers 1v1 Classic Ludo, which we operate as a game of skill: outcomes are determined by token routing, blocking, capture decisions and endgame counting. We do not offer games of pure chance, and we do not accept stakes on events outside the board.
One person, one account, one mobile number. You are responsible for everything done under your login, so do not share access. Operating multiple accounts, playing against yourself to shift a balance, or colluding with another player to farm a third will result in suspension and forfeiture of the funds involved.
When a battle is confirmed, your entry fee is held from your wallet. The winner receives the prize shown on the battle card, which is the pooled entry fees minus our commission. Both the entry fee and the exact winning prize are displayed before you create or join — never after.
We take a percentage commission from each settled battle as the service fee. The rate in force is reflected in the winning prize shown on every battle card before you commit. We may change the rate, but a change never applies retroactively to a battle you have already joined.
You must report the true outcome of a match. Submitting a false result, an edited or recycled screenshot, or a screenshot from a different match is fraud. It forfeits your claim to the pot, and repeat offences close the account permanently.
Where reports conflict, the battle is frozen and reviewed against the room log, both submissions and the uploaded evidence. Our review decision is final and binding on both players. We will explain the outcome, but we will not reopen a decided battle.
Deposits are credited once the payment is confirmed by the gateway. Withdrawals are reviewed before payout and may require identity verification, which exists to stop account takeovers and money laundering. We may decline a withdrawal to an account whose name does not match the verified player.
We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse of staff, exploiting a bug, chargeback abuse, or breach of these terms. Where a closure follows proven fraud, affected balances may be withheld pending investigation. You may close your own account at any time and withdraw any legitimately held balance.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network faults, gateway outages and device issues happen. Where a battle cannot be completed for a platform-side reason, we refund the entry fees rather than guess at a winner. We are not liable for losses beyond the funds you placed in a battle.
We may update these terms as the platform and the regulations change. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. Questions about anything on this page can go to support@ludokhelo.in.
