This is your identity on LudoKhelo. It is how you log in, how we keep one account per player, and how we contact you about a disputed battle or a withdrawal. We do not sell it and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We collect the minimum we need to run a money-gaming platform legally and safely — and we would rather tell you precisely what that is than hide it behind vague language. Here is every category, and the reason for it.
Your display name
Shown to opponents on battle cards and in the live feed so a real person is visible across the table. Nothing else from your profile is exposed to other players — not your number, not your balance, not your history.
Payout details
Your UPI ID or bank account details are collected only to send money you have withdrawn. They are used for that purpose and no other. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs at any point — card and UPI authentication happens inside the payment gateway, never on our servers.
KYC documents
Where identity verification is required before a payout, we collect an official document and a selfie. This exists to stop account takeover and to meet anti-money-laundering obligations. Documents are stored in restricted storage, visible only to reviewing staff, and are not shared with other players.
Gameplay and wallet data
Battle history, room codes, submitted results, uploaded screenshots and every wallet ledger entry. This is the evidence base that lets us settle a dispute fairly and reconcile balances, so it is retained even after a battle closes.
Technical and device data
Log data such as IP address, device and browser type, and timestamps. We use it for security — detecting multiple accounts, credential stuffing and fraud patterns — and for diagnosing faults.
Push notifications
If you allow notifications, we store the browser push subscription so we can tell you when an opponent joins, a result is declared, or a withdrawal is processed. Revoking permission in your browser stops this immediately.
Who we share with
Payment gateways, to move money. SMS providers, to deliver login codes. Infrastructure and error-monitoring providers who process data on our instruction under confidentiality terms. Law enforcement and regulators where we are legally obliged. That is the complete list — we do not sell or rent your data to advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Account and profile data lasts as long as your account does. Financial records, KYC documents and battle evidence are retained after closure for the period Indian financial and tax regulations require, because we are obliged to be able to reproduce them.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, payment authentication is delegated to the gateway, admin access is restricted and audited, and wallet balances are reconciled against the ledger automatically to catch tampering. No system is perfect, so if you suspect your account is compromised, contact us immediately and we will freeze it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold on you, correct anything inaccurate, or request deletion of your account. Write to support@ludokhelo.in from your registered number. Note that we cannot delete financial or dispute records we are legally required to retain, and we will tell you plainly what falls into that category.
Children
LudoKhelo is strictly 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover an underage account it is closed, and deposits are returned to their source.
