Refunds should be predictable, not a negotiation. This page states exactly which situations get your money back automatically, which need a review, and which do not qualify at all.

Battles that sit unmatched past their window are cancelled automatically by the system and the held entry fee is released back to your wallet. You do not need to raise a ticket for this.
If a room code was never shared and both players agree to call it off, both entry fees are refunded in full. Where only one side wants out after the table is confirmed, it goes to review rather than an automatic refund — otherwise cancelling would become a way to dodge a losing position.
Gateway settlement can lag. We re-check pending deposits automatically, and most resolve on their own within a few hours. If it has not landed after that, send us the UTR or UPI reference — either the deposit is credited to your wallet or the bank reverses it to your source account, typically within 3–5 working days.
If a payout is rejected by the bank — wrong account number, closed account, name mismatch — the amount is credited straight back to your LudoKhelo wallet. Correct the details and request it again. Nothing is lost in the round trip.
A disputed battle is frozen and reviewed against the room log, both submitted results and the screenshot evidence. The outcome may be a payout to one player or a full refund to both — that depends entirely on what the evidence shows. The review decision is final.
A battle you played and lost. Commission on a settled battle. Entry fees where a winner has already been credited. Losses you attribute to your own device, connection or misclicks. And anything connected to a false result or a manipulated screenshot, where funds are forfeited rather than returned.
Email support@ludokhelo.in or use the in-app Support tab with your registered mobile number, the amount, the date and time, and the battle code or payment reference. Requests with those details are usually resolved on the first reply.
