How It Works

From login to final move, in five steps

If you have played Ludo before, you already know the hard part. Here is the whole LudoKhelo flow, start to finish, with nothing left vague.

First game? Invite someone you know, confirm the room code before you play a single move, and keep the final-board screenshot until the result is settled.
01

1 — Log in with your mobile number

Enter your 10-digit number and you are in. No long signup form, no email verification chain. If your profile is new we ask for a display name once, and never again.

02

2 — Create a match or join an open one

Post a match to the live list, or tap Play on one somebody else has opened. Whatever a match involves is shown on its card before you join — you always see the full details up front, never after.

03

3 — Invite whoever you want to play

Share your link over WhatsApp so a friend, cousin or sibling lands straight on your match. Playing someone you know is the whole point, and it beats waiting to be matched with a stranger.

04

4 — Swap the room code and play

One player shares the Ludo Classic room code on the match screen. Both players copy it into the Ludo app, play the game out properly, and take a screenshot of the final board.

05

5 — Submit the result

Come back and declare Won or Lost, attaching your screenshot if asked. When both players agree, the match closes straight away. If the two reports clash, it goes to human review rather than being settled automatically.

06

What to do if your opponent goes quiet

It happens. Each match has a response window, and once it closes without a report from the other side, the submitted result stands. You do not need to chase anyone or raise a ticket for this — just make sure your own result is submitted, with a screenshot if one was requested.

07

Keep your screenshot until the match closes

A clear photo of the finished board, with both player names visible, settles almost every dispute in one step. Cropped, blurred or re-used screenshots do not, and are treated as a false report. Take it before you leave the Ludo app, and keep it until you see the match marked as closed here.

08

Getting your Ludo Khelo profile set up

Your display name is what opponents see on match cards, so pick something you are happy sharing. Everything else — your number, your history, your balance — stays private to you. You can update your name from the Profile page at any time.

09

If something goes wrong

Open the Support tab from inside the app. Messages sent from there arrive with your account and recent matches attached, which usually means the issue is resolved on the first reply. Include the match code and the room code, and attach your screenshot if the question is about a result.
