The room code is binding
Play the code posted on the match screen and nothing else. Sharing a different code, reusing an old one, or pulling your opponent into an unrelated room voids your claim to the result.
Play nowHouse Rules
Almost every dispute we see comes from two things: a wrong room code, or a dishonest result. These rules exist to kill both problems. Read them once — they are the standard every match is judged against.

Declare your real result once the game ends. If you go silent after losing, your opponent's report stands once the response window closes. Players who repeatedly go quiet lose account privileges.
When a screenshot is requested it must show the finished Ludo board with both player names visible. Cropped, blurred, edited or recycled screenshots are treated as a false report.
A match can be cancelled freely while it is still waiting for an opponent, and anything held for it is released back to you immediately. Once both players are in, it can only be called off by mutual agreement or by the review team.
One person, one account, one mobile number. Running multiple accounts, playing against yourself, or teaming up with someone to gang up on a third player will cost you your account. We look at patterns across matches, not just single games.
Disputed matches are decided on the room log, both submitted results and the screenshot evidence. The review team's call closes the matter for both players.
There is. Abuse, threats or harassment directed at an opponent or at support staff gets an account closed regardless of how you play the board.
